Fantastic class! How can I get the DVD? I am traveling next week to US and I am interested to buy the DVD. How can I buy it? Do you deliver it to an hotel in San Francisco if I pay in advance, by telephone? How long does it take ( the delivery)?

I recently ordered the Jazz and Gospel exercises DVD and was really happy with my purchase.
However, I accidentally stepped on it and broke it. I still have the DVD with the promotional code on it. Will I be able to get the whole program on the site where the my promo code is required?. I’m not able to open the site as the zip file will not open.
